- Round 1: Ch 1, 8 sc in the ring, pull the thread end to close the ring (as much as needed), join with sl st in first sc.

- Round 4: Sl st in next sc, ch 1, sc in same sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next ch-3 sp, ch 3, * skip next sc, sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next ch-3 sp, ch 3; repeat from * 7 times, join with sl st in first sc.
