Instructions
Make a magic ring.

  • Round 1:Ch1, 8 sc in the ring, pull the thread end to tighten the ring, join with sl st in first sc.
  • Round 2:Ch1, 2 sc in each sc around, join with sl st in first sc.
  • Round 3:Ch 1, sc in same stitch, 2 sc in next sc, (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around, join with sl st in first sc. (24 sc)
  • Round 4:Ch 1, sc in same st, * ch 3, skip next sc, sc in next sc; repeat from * 12 times omitting the very last sc, join with sl st in first sc.
  • Round 5:Sl st in next ch-3 sp, ch 1, in each ch-3 sp around work (sc, dc, ch 1, dc, sc), join with sl st in first sc.
  • Round 6:Sl st in next dc and in next ch-1 sp, ch 1, sc in same sp, * ch 2, dc between next 2 sc, ch 2, sc in next ch-1 sp; repeat from * 12 times omitting the very last sc, join with sl st in first sc.
  • Round 7:Ch 1, in each ch-2 sp around work (sc, ch 2, sc), join with sl st in first sc.
  • Round 8:Sl st in next ch-2 sp, ch 1, sc in same sp, (ch 3, sc in next ch-2 sp) 23 times, ch 1 and join with hdc in first sc to create last ch-3 sp of the round.
  • Round 9:Ch 1, sc in same sp, (ch 4, sc in next ch-3 sp) 23 times, ch 1 and join with dc in first sc to create last ch-4 sp of the round.
  • Round 10:Ch 1, sc in same sp, (ch 5, sc in next ch-4 sp) 23 times, ch 2 and join with dc in first sc to create last ch-5 sp of the round.
  • Round 11:Ch 8 (counts as dc and ch-5 sp), (dc in next ch-5 sp, ch 5) around, join with sl st in 3rd ch of first ch8.
  • Round 12:Sl st in next ch-5 sp, ch 3 (counts as dc), 8 dc in same sp, * ch 1, sc in next ch-5 sp, ch 1 **, 9 dc in next ch-5 sp; repeat from * 11 times and from * to ** once more, join with sl st in 3rd ch of first ch3.
  • Round 13:Ch 4 (counts as dc and ch-1 sp), (dc in next dc, ch 1) 7 times, dc in next dc, * (dc in next dc, ch 1) 8 times, dc in next dc; repeat from * around, join with sl st in 3rd ch of first ch4.

Fasten off and weave in ends.
