Make a magic ring.

  • Round 3:Ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in same dc, ch 2, * skip next dc, 2 dc in next dc, ch 2; repeat from * around, join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch3. (24 dc, 12 ch-2 spaces)
  • Round 4:Ch 3 (counts as dc), 2 dc in next dc, 2 dc in next ch-2 sp, * dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, 2 dc in next ch-2 sp; repeat from * around, join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch3. (60 dc)
  • Round 5:Ch 1, sc in same stitch, sc in next dc, * ch 3, skip next dc, sc in next 2 dc; repeat from * 19 times, join with dc in first sc to create last ch-3 sp of the round. (20 ch-3 spaces, 40 sc)
  • Round 6:Ch 1, 2 sc in same sp, * ch 4, 2 sc in next ch-3 sp; repeat from * 19 times, ch 1 and join with dc in first sc to create last ch-4 sp of the round. (20 ch-4 spaces, 40 sc)
  • Round 7:Ch 1, 2 sc in same sp, ch 5, * 2 sc in next ch-4 sp, ch 5; repeat from * around, join with sl st in first sc. (20 ch-5 spaces, 40 sc)
  • Round 8:Sl st in next sc and in next ch-5 sp, ch 3 (counts as dc), 5 dc in same sp, 6 dc in each ch-5 sp around, join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch3. (120 dc)
